Features of the heavy oil composition change during Mordovo-Karmalskoye field operation

It is shown that use of  two technologies - thermal-steam treatment and in-situ combustion at Mordovo-Karmalskoye heavy oil field allows to produce two types of oil: heavy oil of B2 type, without wax, do not differ practically from the original type, and a lighter oil of A2 type, partially diluted by the thermal cracking products. The composition of extracted oil taking into account the applied technologies changes insignificantly during the long development of the field. Gathering oil from the given field remains the nature of the mother oil, but it is less viscous and therefore more transportable.

Results of the analysis of solution of the tasks to determine the loss of axial load along the length of different types of columns based on their longitudinal and transverse strain in directional wells are presented. It is shown that the neglect of the magnitudes of transverse loads and shear forces leads to an error of calculation of loss of axial load on the friction along the length of the oil field column at its bottom spirally deformed area. The irrationality of such methods of calculation for directional and horizontal wells is confirmed.
